Context
This is a dummy case study. It exists so the routes resolve, the prerender list is non-empty, and the RAG index has a few chunks to work with. Replace it with real writing.
The problem
A placeholder problem statement. Long-form case studies have real structure: headings, paragraphs, embedded media, occasionally a component. The RAG chunker splits on that structure rather than on a fixed character count.
What I did
- Ran a placeholder discovery phase
- Shipped a placeholder design system with tokens and components
- Measured a placeholder outcome
Outcome
Nothing happened, because this is a dummy file. The embedded video below shows how media conventions work (self-hosted MP4 + WebM, poster, lazy, observer-driven).
